Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. All transactions are charged in UK pounds Sterling (GBP), if you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please note that the US Dollar ($) pricing on this website is approximate and for information only. Exchange rates are subject to fluctuation at time of credit card processing. Check current exchange rate at XE.com Personal Currency Assistant.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

For customers who wish to transfer funds direct from their bank account, Please place any order on line in the normal way and we will advise further our Bank information required to complete the transaction

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added once your shipping destination is completed during the on line sales process. All other orders are VAT free.

Import tax and duty may be collected by your nominated shipper on behalf of your government and is payable by you if requested. If you require more information please contact your local Customs authority.

Shipping and Handling charges and level of service for purchases as follows:

UK - Next working day delivery (UPS Standard Service) - 1 pair £6.95, 2 pairs £9.00,

3+ pairs £11. ( VAT exclusive )

Europe (EU countries only) - two to three working days delivery (UPS Standard Service) - 1 pair: £12.50, 2 pairs: £19.50, 3 or more pairs: £25. ( VAT exclusive )

USA and Canada - two to three working days delivery (UPS Express Service) - 1 pair: £22.50, 2 pairs: £35.00, 3 or more pairs: £40.00.

Rest of the World - three to four working days delivery using most cost effective carrier for destination country - 1 pair: £30.00, 2 pairs: £50.00, 3 or more pairs: £60.

We use U.P.S. for most of our deliveries which means a faster 'Trackable' service. Click on the 'Tracking' link below to track your shipment.

We will not deliver to a P.O. box under any circumstances.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in two business days. International orders are generally received in under three to four days. However, during busy periods, it may take a little longer to process your order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

Beatwear.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy

If you wish to exchange your purchase please advise via email to returns@beatwear.co.uk within 7 days for a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC). Please note that we are unable to accept any returned goods without an RAC. We request that you return the product at your own cost to us in the UK or, if possible, to a forwarding address in your own country where appropriate. Goods must be returned as new in the original packaging and received by us within 30 days.

For UK based customers we will ship out a replacement free of charge for your first exchange or refund your account as requested. For customers outside of the UK, any exchange will be charged at our normal shipping rates. Please note that all exchanges of reduced, clearance and sale footwear will be charged at our normal shipping rates for all customers.

Refunds to UK based customers who have had one free exchange are subject to a handling charge of £7.00 for one pair, £10.00 for two pairs and £15.00 for three or more pairs in addition to original shipping charge. For customers outside the UK we use our normal shipping rates as a handling charge. This is to cover our delivery costs.

If you prefer we will be happy to refund your account less original shipping charge as requested but we regret that we can not refund any duty or sales tax that you may have incurred outside the EEC as a consequence of your purchase.
