Sizes

Sizes shown on our website are Continental (European) followed by UK and US e.g. 42 (UK 8 / US 8½). Please use the chart below to convert your size. Please note that due to the pointed style of our boots many customers will need a half size bigger than shown in this size scale if you have a wide foot then you will need to go one full size larger. Please make sure that you indicate your normal size and width fitting in the appropriate field during the checkout process to help us clarify and make the best size selection for you. If you are in any doubt regarding your size please e-mail us to check before ordering.

Making a Purchase

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB and American Express.

We do not charge for any in-stock item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are charged once available from our factory.You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

If you are not paying by credit card, please select ‘payment before delivery‘ print your receipt and forward a copy with your Bankers Draft or Personal Cheque drawn on a UK Bank only to the address indicated.

Please make payable to 'Beatwear Ltd' in UK pounds Sterling (GBP) only.

For customers who wish to Deposit into our bank or transfer funds direct from their bank account please contact us once you have placed your order on line for our UK or US bank account details.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT will be applied to your shopping cart once your Invoice and shipping destination has been selected.

All other orders are VAT free.

Import tax and duty may be collected by our nominated shipper on behalf of your government and is payable by you if requested. If Duty is requested and consequently not paid and the goods returned to either the UK or our nominated return shipping address we will charge the return shipping fee to your account.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and Handling charges and level of service for purchases as follows:

UK - Next working day delivery (UPS Standard Service) - 1 pair £6.95, 2 pairs £9.00, 3+ pairs £11.

Europe (EU countries only) - three to four working days delivery (UPS Standard Service) - 1 pair £12.50, 2 pairs £19.50, 3+ pairs £25.

USA and Canada - two to three working days delivery (UPS Express Saver Service) - 1 pair £22.50, 2 pairs £35.00, 3+ pairs £40.00.

Rest of the World - three to four working days delivery using most cost effective carrier for destination country - 1 pair: £30.00, 2 pairs: £50.00, 3+ pairs: £60.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in two business days. International orders are generally received in under three to four days. However, during busy periods, it may take a little longer to process your order.

At present we have more demand than limited production facility and as a consequence most footwear items will be placed on back order if stock not immediately available until the situation improves, we will however advise you of the status of your order at time of purchase.

Returns Policy

If you wish to exchange your purchase please advise via email to returns@beatwear.co.uk within 7 days for a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC). Please note that we are unable to accept any returned goods without an RAC. We request that you return the product at your own cost to us in the UK or, if possible, to a forwarding address in your own country where appropriate. Goods must be returned as new in the original packaging and received by us within 30 days.

We will ship out a replacement free of charge on full price goods for your first size exchange only. Any exchange of model, colour, finish or a second size exchange will be charged at normal shipping rates unless we ship out with a new additional order with a value over £90.

If you prefer we will be happy to refund your account less original shipping charge as requested but we regret that we can not refund any duty or sales tax that you may have incurred outside the EEC as a consequence of your purchase.

Please note that shipping of exchanged footwear will be charged at cost for all reduced, clearance and sale footwear regardless of size requested.
